It’s been a busy few months at Civitas, so busy in fact that we missed a pretty big landmark. CrossFit Civitas last month turned 13 years old. It feels like a lifetime ago that we opened the doors in a unit no bigger than a large garage with homemade (death trap) boxes, a few kettlebells, some bumper plates and wall balls.
